A great choice as my number 1, its easy to start watching her videos and never stop! Her speed and superb dribbling skills make her one of the greatest players in the history of hockey. She came into limelight during the 2012 Summer Olympics held in London. While at the Olympics, Iyer represented his country as a role model and won several medals.
Ellen Hoog
Ellen Marijan Hoog (born 26 March 1986) is a Dutch field hockey player. She became a part of the national team in 2004 and has since played 127 matches scoring 32 goals. She won the Olympic gold medal in 2008 and 2012 and the silver medal in 2016. She is a member of the Amsterdam Hockey and Bandy Club. In August 2005, she became the European Champion in Dublin (IRL). In December of the same year she won the Champions Trophy in Canberra (Australia) with the Dutch national women’s team. She was also a part of the Dutch team that became world champions in the 2006 Women’s Hockey World Cup. Her father died of cancer a week after Ireland’s European Championship victory.
Maddie Hinch
Maddy won the FIH Best Goalkeeper in the World title for an unprecedented 3 consecutive years from 2016 to 2018. She is a member of the England and Great Britain hockey teams. Playing for the Dutch team, Stich Cricket and Hockey Club, she played as their goalkeeper for 3 years. Maddy Hinch won the gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics in Brazil, where she saved 4 penalties in the final shoot-out against the Netherlands. In 2016, her outstanding performance by saving 4 penalties against the Netherlands was seen by the sports media as the primary reason Britain won the gold medal.

Stacy Michelson was born in 1991 in New Zealand. Presently she is one of the most famous players in the field of hockey. She has contributed immensely to the success of her county team. Growing up with other older siblings who also loved playing hockey, Stacey recognized this problem and honed her skills.

Eva De Goede
A great goal scorer and passer De Goede is said to have it all. Eva de Goede is the 2019 FIH Player of the Year as well as one of the most famous women’s hockey players around the world. Eva was born in 1989 in Zeist, Netherlands. As a Dutch professional player, Eva primarily plays as a midfielder.
Before fame, Eva was very fond of hockey. She first earned her recognition playing for a local club called AH&BC. After winning bronze at a regional competition, she attracted officials from the Netherlands. After that, she received an invitation to join the national team.
Kim Lammers
Kim Lammers (born 21 April 1981) is a Dutch field hockey player who plays as an attacker for Dutch club Laren. She also plays for the Netherlands national team. She was part of the Dutch team that became world champions at the 2006 Women’s Hockey World Cup and was part of the Dutch team that won the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Sally Walton
Sally Ellen Walton is a British field hockey player. Walton made her international debut in 2005. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed for Great Britain in the women’s tournament and helped them win a bronze medal. Walton has played club hockey for Bowden Hightown and Hampton-in-Arden Hockey Club. And currently plays from Wakefield. She coaches at Solihull School and lectures at Solihull College. She has a degree in Sports Science from Liverpool John Moores University.
Marilyn Agliotti
Marilyn Agliotti (born 23 June 1979 in Boksburg, South Africa) is a Dutch field hockey player who has previously represented South Africa. After moving to the Netherlands and obtaining a Dutch passport, she represents the Dutch national team.
She was selected for the 2007 European Championships in Manchester where the Dutch won the silver medal. She won a bronze medal at the 2008 Champions Trophy in Mönchengladbach. She was a member of the Dutch team that qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and won the gold medal. She was also a member of the Dutch team that won the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
